Rummage Sale
Saturday April 29th 8:30-12:00
And we need your help to make it happen
We are excited for our upcoming rummage sale on Saturday April 29th. This is a big fundraising event for the Women’s Ministry and all proceeds are given to local and international organizations helping women and children.
We start preparing for the sale starting Monday April 24th and there are many different ways for you to support and volunteer.
Please bring your donation items to the assembly room during the following times:
Monday April 24th 8:00am-5:00pm
Tuesday April 25th 8:00am-5:00pm
Wednesday April 26th 8:00am-5:00pm
Thursday April 27th 8:00am-12:00pm
Monday-Wednesday 8am-6pm and Thursday 8am-2pm we need volunteers to help sort, stage, and price the items to get ready to sell. Come any time during these times, no previous experience is required, it’s easy and we’ll give you instructions.
Thursday April 27th from 5:00pm-7:00pm we will have a members and friends presale shopping night. On this night we invite all WHCC members and friends to come shop the sale.
But we also need volunteers to help staff this event! We need people assisting in departments making sure items stay organized-no experience required we will give easy instructions, and we need 2 more cashiers for this night.
Saturday April 29th is the public sale. We need lots of volunteers this day. This is a big sale and we will have lots of buyers. We need door greeters and a cashier to collect the entry fee, we need department assistants keeping items organized-again easy and we will give you instructions, many check out cashiers, and lots of help cleaning up the items we don’t sell.
